Exploring Careers
Exploring Careers is a business education courin which students discover the vast selection of careers available to them in the near future.  Students utilize the innovative online-software program at: www.bridges.com to analyze career summaries, required education, salary, career outlook, and several other important factors that are critical in choosing a career path.  Additionally, one of the most important aspects of this course is the requirement for students to develop their four-year high school programs of study.  This is when students actually choose what courses they will take each year of high school based upon their chosen career path.  Exploring Careers is truly an exciting course!  Come to Aldine Middle School and Discover Your Destiny!

Industrial Tech
Technology and Industrial Arts at Aldine Middle is an adventure in high tech and manual projects. Computers, woodworking, drafting and building web sites we will explore them all. Come and join us! A $7.00 dollar lab fee per semester will be assessed.

Spanish

High School Spanish 1 is offered at Aldine Middle School as Spanish 1A (7th grade) and Spanish 1B (8th grade). Students who successfully take both 1A and 1B earn 1 full year high school credit in Spanish. It is important for students and parents to realize that although Spanish 1A and 1B are considered electives at AMS, this is a high school credit course.

LOTC

The L.O.T.C. program was established in 1987 in the Aldine ISD Middle Schools. Over the last five years we experienced a significant boost in the number of enrolled Cadets. All decisions made by myself will be reflected on the LOTC/ JROTC Mission Statement: To motivate young students to become leaders and better citizens.
