#AldineCares: District Teachers Reach Out to Students

Mobile-Phone-ImageThe priority in Aldine ISD is always the safety and health of our Aldine ISD family of students and employees. Students are missing their classroom routines and our teachers are missing their students. It is important for us to continue to establish a relationship with our students and families. Therefore, our teachers will be reaching out to every student in our school district to let them know #AldineCares.

During this disruption of district operations, each teacher will touch base with families to determine what their needs are during this time. Parents and students are encouraged to utilize the Aldine At-Home Learning site as a resource for continued learning. If you or your family are in need of additional resources please review our list of community resources

“Although students are unable to participate in their typical classroom setting, we have an obligation to stay connected to each of our students,” Sheleah Reed, chief communications officer, explained. “It is imperative that each of our students know that their teachers have not forgotten about them and that Aldine cares.”

Please share your at-home learning photos with us by using the hashtag #AldineAtHome.

For detailed and up-to-date information, we will continue to keep the Aldine community informed through frequent updates on www.aldineisd.org/healthalerts.
